Prices are the cheapest published tier per user per month unless stated. Telephony is billed separately on any tool marked as bring-your-own-carrier.

Best for teams living inside HubSpot or Pipedrive who want dialing embedded in the CRM

A multi-line power dialer with deep CRM integrations and unlimited US minutes, undermined by pricing that is no longer published and add-ons that roughly double the real cost.

3.6/ 5

From $65/user/mo with a power dialer

What works

  • The HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations are among the deepest of any dialer
  • Unlimited US and Canada minutes included at every tier
  • Multi-line power dialing on up to four lines at the top tier
  • 4.8 on G2 across roughly 865 reviews

What does not

  • Kixie removed prices from its own pricing page, so you cannot compare without a sales call
  • The add-ons are where the money goes: AI human voice detection around $30, DNC compliance around $20 and ConnectionBoost around $50 per user per month
  • Annual prepayment is mandatory below ten users, and downgrades are only allowed in the last 30 days of the term
  • Support is chat and email during business hours, with no phone or weekend cover

Our take

Dialing inside the HubSpot record with automatic logging, local presence and SMS in HubSpot's own interface, plus unlimited US minutes and up to four lines. Prices are no longer published, add-ons commonly double the bill, and annual prepayment is mandatory under ten users.

Best for small teams that want calling, SMS and a hundred integrations at a mid-market price

A well-priced business phone and dialer with over a hundred integrations, where the power dialer starts at the $49 tier and predictive dialing needs the enterprise suite.

3.6/ 5

From $49/user/mo with a power dialer

What works

  • The $49 Pro tier is one of the cheapest ways to get a real power dialer with unlimited minutes
  • Two-way SMS is properly built rather than an afterthought
  • Over a hundred CRM integrations
  • 14-day free trial, which is longer than most

What does not

  • Two-user minimum doubles the entry cost for a solo seller
  • Predictive and multi-line dialing require the quote-based Business tier with a ten-user minimum
  • AI features are gated to the $89 tier
  • G2 reviewers report dropped calls on unstable connections

Our take

$49 a seat for a power dialer with unlimited outbound, real two-way SMS and a solid HubSpot connector. Not as deeply embedded as Kixie, and a two-user minimum.

Best for companies that need one phone system for the whole business, with light outbound on top

A polished business phone system with a power dialer bolted on at the higher tier, better as a company phone system than as an outbound sales tool.

3.2/ 5

From $50/user/mo with a power dialer

What works

  • Setup is the smoothest of any tool here; a team can be live in under an hour
  • Over 100 pre-built integrations, more than any other dialer on this list
  • good as a shared company phone system with IVR, queues and routing

What does not

  • The power dialer only exists on the $50 Professional tier, and it is single line
  • Three-seat minimum on both paid tiers, so the real entry price is $90 a month
  • The pricing page currently renders prices as null, which is a bad sign for a company selling transparency
  • G2 complaint themes are dominated by connection and call quality issues

Our take

Over a hundred integrations including a mature HubSpot one, and good as a shared phone system. The power dialer needs the $50 Professional tier, is single line, and is weak for dedicated outbound.

Best for European teams that want SIP bring-your-own-carrier and international numbers

A European call centre platform that supports bring-your-own-carrier and sells its power and parallel dialers as add-ons on top of the seat price.

3.4/ 5

From $54/user/mo with a power dialer

What works

  • Supports bring-your-own-carrier over SIP, which almost no sales dialer does
  • Parallel dialing up to ten lines as a €39 add-on, far cheaper than a dedicated parallel dialer
  • Very strong international number coverage
  • 4.4 on G2 across roughly 1,840 reviews

What does not

  • Both dialers are add-ons, so the real Expert-plus-parallel price is roughly €88 a user
  • Pricing is shown in euros to every visitor including US buyers
  • Outbound minutes are capped below the top tier
  • Three-seat minimum on Expert

Our take

Strong HubSpot sync and the best international number coverage here, with a ten-line parallel dialer as a €39 add-on. Both dialers are add-ons and minutes cap below the Expert tier.

DialSheet

Open source

Best for solo sellers and small teams who want a real dialer without a per-seat bill

A browser power dialer and CRM with a free forever plan, that runs on your own Twilio account so you pay wholesale for minutes instead of a marked-up seat price.

4.5/ 5

Free plan

What works

  • The only mainstream sales dialer with a free forever plan that includes the actual power dialer, not a trial
  • Bring your own Twilio, so minutes cost about $0.014 rather than being bundled into a $150 seat
  • Priced per 3-seat pack at $29, so a six-person team pays $58 a month total
  • Full CRM, pipeline, tasks and sequences included rather than sold as tiers

What does not

  • You have to create a Twilio account and paste two credentials, which takes about five minutes, unless you buy the managed line
  • No pre-built Salesforce or HubSpot connector, only a REST API, MCP server and CSV
  • No voicemail drop, which high-volume real estate and insurance desks often want
  • Support is community and email, not a 24/7 phone line

Our take

$29 a month for three seats with wholesale Twilio minutes, including its own CRM, recordings and AI summaries. There is no pre-built HubSpot connector, only a REST API, MCP server and CSV, so this suits teams whose reps work a list rather than a HubSpot view.

Best for reps who want dialing inside a sequencer they already pay for, without changing systems

A Chrome extension that adds power and parallel dialing plus real-time AI coaching on top of the CRM or sequencer you already use.

3.4/ 5

From $100/user/mo with a power dialer

What works

  • Works inside the tool you already use rather than asking you to move
  • Real-time coaching during the call is novel and useful for ramping reps
  • Dials from a Google Sheet, which almost nothing else does
  • Five-line parallel dialing at $149.99 undercuts every dedicated parallel dialer

What does not

  • Pricing changed in 2026 and the older free tier no longer appears on the pricing page
  • Browser extension reliability is the most common complaint
  • No SMS, no email, no CRM
  • Small G2 review sample, around 4.3 on very few reviews

Our take

A Chrome extension that dials from inside HubSpot with real-time coaching and five-line parallel dialing at $149.99. Browser extension reliability is the recurring complaint.

What HubSpot's own calling actually is

Click-to-call. A button on the record that places a call and logs it. There is no auto-advance, no dispositions worth the name, and no dialing session.

The minutes are pooled per account per month, not per user: 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 12,000 on Enterprise, with additional minutes at roughly $50 per 1,000.

That pooling is the constraint teams hit first. Three reps dialing 150 numbers a day each with 2.5 minutes of average talk time burn roughly 3,500 billable minutes a month, which exhausts the entire Professional pool for the whole company. Sales Hub Professional is around $90 a seat, so this is not a cheap ceiling to hit.

The integration question that decides it

If your reps work from HubSpot views, filtering a list and calling down it inside the CRM, buy the deep integration. Kixie is the answer and it is worth the money because the alternative is a rep switching windows two hundred times a day.

If your reps work from a list, exported, purchased or built elsewhere, and HubSpot is where the outcome gets recorded, you are paying for an integration you barely use. A standalone dialer with API or CSV sync costs a fraction and dials faster.

Most teams believe they are the first case and are actually the second. Watch a rep for twenty minutes before deciding.

What each integration actually does

ToolIntegration depth
KixieDial from the record, auto-log, local presence, SMS threads in HubSpot, workflow triggers
JustCallDial from the record, auto-log calls and SMS, contact sync
AircallAuto-log, contact sync, insight cards, HubSpot workflows
CloudTalkTwo-way contact and activity sync, click-to-call
TrellusRuns inside HubSpot as a browser extension; no data migration
DialSheetREST API, MCP server, webhooks, CSV; no pre-built connector

The cost of HubSpot plus a dialer

A three-person team, HubSpot Sales Hub Professional at roughly $90 a seat, dialing 150 numbers a day each.

StackMonthly
HubSpot Pro alone (pool exhausted)$270 + overage
HubSpot Pro + Kixie multi-line$270 + $285 + add-ons
HubSpot Pro + JustCall Pro$270 + $147
HubSpot Pro + a pack-priced dialer$270 + $29 + ~$50 telephony

The last row is $349 against $555 or more for the Kixie stack, for three people. Over a year that is roughly $2,500, and the question is whether dialing inside the HubSpot record is worth $2,500 a year for three reps. If your reps work from HubSpot views, it probably is. If they work from a CSV, it is not.

The pooled-minutes trap

Worth stating separately because it catches people.

HubSpot's calling minutes are pooled across the whole account, not allocated per user. One enthusiastic rep can consume the entire company's monthly pool, including the minutes support and customer success were relying on.

Any tool with its own telephony removes this problem entirely, which is a better reason to add a dialer than most of the feature comparisons.

Frequently asked questions

Does HubSpot have a power dialer?
No. HubSpot's built-in calling is click-to-call: a button on the record that places and logs a call, with no auto-advance, dialing sessions or real dispositions. Minutes are pooled per account per month at 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 12,000 on Enterprise, with extra minutes at roughly $50 per 1,000.
What is the best power dialer for HubSpot?
Kixie has the deepest HubSpot integration, dialing inside the record with automatic logging, local presence and SMS in HubSpot's own interface, plus unlimited US minutes and up to four lines. Kixie no longer publishes prices and add-ons commonly push the real bill to $109 to $290 per user per month. JustCall at $49 per user per month is the strongest transparent alternative.
How many calling minutes does HubSpot include?
500 minutes a month on Sales Hub Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 12,000 on Enterprise, pooled across the entire account rather than allocated per user. Additional minutes cost roughly $50 per 1,000. Three reps dialing 150 numbers a day with 2.5 minutes of average talk time use about 3,500 minutes a month, which exhausts the Professional pool for the whole company.
Do I need a HubSpot integration for my dialer?
Only if your reps actually work from HubSpot views. If they call down a filtered list inside the CRM, a deep integration like Kixie's saves hundreds of window switches a day and is worth paying for. If they work from an exported or purchased list and HubSpot only records the outcome, a standalone dialer syncing by API or CSV costs a fraction and dials faster.

How we made this list

We price every dialer on total cost of ownership, which means the seat price plus the telephony, because the telephony is the half most vendor listicles omit. Scores are weighted across value, dialing engine, CRM depth, setup and support, applied identically to every tool. Prices are re-verified against vendor pricing pages every quarter and the date is on every page. Every product, including the one we recommend most often, is scored with the same rubric and loses where it loses. Read the full methodology or our editorial policy.
