How to read this. “Read from vendor pricing page” means a figure visible on the vendor's own page on that date. “Third-party estimate” means the vendor gates or hides its price and the figure comes from the named third party; treat it as an estimate. The checker column identifies automated research and any pending human review for each entry. The policy is a re-check of every vendor at least quarterly; the methodology page describes the script that does it.

RingCentralquarterly re-check, RingCX and RingEX lineupsEvery published figure unchanged: RingCX Standard $65 annual and $75 monthly, Professional $95 and $110, Elite $145 and $165, Enterprise Contact us for pricing, AI add-ons Starting at $25 with AI Workforce Management at $20; RingEX Core $20 and $30, Advanced $25 and $35, both AI Customer Engagement Bundle cards Contact us for pricing.Flagged for the known reason: both pricing pages build their tier cards in JavaScript. The word dialer still does not appear anywhere on the RingEX pricing page, which is this entry's central claim. RingEX Ultra still survives only inside the Webinar add-on description, with no Ultra card and no Ultra price, so the 2026-09-21 removal of a priced Ultra tier continues to stand. verifiedAt deliberately not re-dated.read from vendor pricing page, rendered in a browserpagependingScheduled price check, run 39 (Claude, run by the publisher); human review pending
Apollo.ioquarterly re-check, seat tiers and the Advanced Dialer add-onNo figure moved: annual $0 / $49 / $79 / $119 and monthly $0 / $65 / $99 / $149 both re-read on their toggles, Organization still (min 3 seats) and still labelled Annual Only on monthly, recording caps still 150 / 4,000 / 8,000 minutes, Advanced Dialer add-on still $119 per team per month billed annually and $149 billed monthly.Flagged for the known reason: the tier cards render client-side and are absent from the raw HTML. One addition that is not a dialer fact and so was not written into the dataset: a second add-on card headed Inbound now sits beside Advanced Dialer, priced Essentials $119 and Max $639 per team per month billed annually ($149 and $799 monthly), carrying website-visitor identification, lead routing and form building. It contains no dialing feature, so no tier, gotcha or ranking input was touched. Q20 stands. verifiedAt deliberately not re-dated.read from vendor pricing page, rendered in a browserpagependingScheduled price check, run 39 (Claude, run by the publisher); human review pending
Trellusquarterly re-check, Power / Power + Parallel$99.99 Power and $149.99 Power + Parallel per month, unchanged; Business still Custom Pricing. No promotional figure displayed, fourth consecutive read.Flagged for the dataset's $100 and $150 rounding, which the tier notes disclose. The hidden 34.99 element is still in the markup three times, still absent from the rendered text, and still carries the class price-parallel annual. The page source now also carries an explicit comment calling it a leftover/disabled promo that automated scrapers pick up, which is the vendor confirming the read this site has recorded since 2026-09-28. The page still reads Multi line dialing with no line count, so Q19 stands. verifiedAt deliberately not re-dated.read from vendor pricing page, rendered in a browserpagependingScheduled price check, run 39 (Claude, run by the publisher); human review pending
Myphonerquarterly re-check, Basic / Plus / Premium and the page currency27 / 38 / 59 per seat per month, printed with no currency symbol and no currency named anywhere on the page (Q16) → Prices unchanged at 27 / 38 / 59 per seat per month. The page now names its currency: the plan cards render EUR27, EUR38 and EUR59 marked Billed Monthly, and the cost estimator carries an EUR/USD switch that renders $27.00, $38.00 and $59.00 per seat/month when USD is selected, so the dataset's $27 / $38 / $59 is now backed by a figure the vendor itself displays in dollars. The page also states: Rates are set in EUR. If you are billed in USD, each call is converted at the exchange rate of the day, so USD amounts are approximate.Sixth consecutive check flagged by the script, and the first where the cause has changed. The script still cannot match because the default rendering is euros, not because no currency exists. This answers Q16 and raises Q21: the subscription converts 1:1 (EUR27 displays as $27.00), but rates are set in EUR, and Myphoner at $27 is the figure that undercuts DialSheet Pro at $29 across this site. Whether to carry a currency-risk note is a publisher call, not a patrol edit, because it moves a comparison in our own product's favour. Add-ons Priority Support 59 and White-label 249 still render in euros on both settings. ReadymodeStarter / iQ, pricingTransparencyStarter $199 and iQ $249 per licence per month billed annually, $239 and $299 monthly, published on the vendor pricing page; pricingTransparency published → All published prices withdrawn. The pricing page now renders a Plans and Pricing heading, a Let us talk pricing button, a Book Demo button and the line Save 20% when you sign up for an annual plan, and nothing else. No tier cards, no Monthly and Annual toggle, no dollar sign anywhere in the rendered page. pricingTransparency moves to removed_during_2026; the four figures are kept as the last published vendor prices and labelled as such.Flagged by scripts/verify-prices.ts as changed, and this time it was a real change rather than the long-running redirect noise. Verified three ways: innerText carries no $ character, the rendered page is 950 characters end to end after scrolling, and the digits 199, 249, 239 and 299 appear in the raw HTML only inside Elementor menu-item class names and an SVG viewBox. Every Pricing and Buy Now link on readymode.com still points at this URL, so pricingSource was not repointed. www.readymode.com/pricing still 3xx-es to readymode.com/demo/pricing-maxio-test/, titled TEST PAGE, which also renders no prices. Q17 superseded by Q22, which records the withdrawal and asks how long a withdrawn price should keep being quoted. verifiedAt deliberately not re-dated.read from vendor pricing page, rendered in a browserpagesnapshotScheduled price check, run 39 (Claude, run by the publisher); human review pending

Myphonerquarterly re-check, Basic / Plus / Premium27 / 38 / 59 per seat per month, unchanged, each card reading Billed Monthly. Priority Support 59 a month and White-label 249 a month unchanged. Voicemail drop still No on Basic and Contact us on Plus and Premium, Twilio on every tier, and Do you offer discounts? No.Fifth consecutive check flagged for the same reason: the page prints the figures with no currency symbol, so the script's dollar-token match cannot hit them. Re-confirmed programmatically on the rendered page: zero $ characters and no occurrence of USD, EUR, DKK or the word currency. Q16 stands. This read also closes the open note from 2026-09-13 that Myphoner's annual rate had never been captured: the page carries a Monthly and Annually toggle, but both states render the same three figures and all three cards still read Billed Monthly, so there is no published annual rate to record. verifiedAt deliberately not re-dated.read from vendor pricing page, rendered in a browserpagependingScheduled price check (Claude, run by the publisher); human review pending
RingCentralquarterly re-check, RingCX and RingEX lineupsEvery published figure unchanged: RingCX Standard $65 annual and $75 monthly, Professional $95 and $110, Elite $145 and $165, Enterprise Contact us for pricing; RingEX Core $20 and $30, Advanced $25 and $35; contact-centre add-ons still $25 and $20. Both AI Customer Engagement Bundle cards still read Contact us for pricing, and the fourth card with AIR and ACE is still flagged New.Flagged because both pricing pages build their tier cards in JavaScript. The word dialer does not appear anywhere on the RingEX pricing page, which is the entry's central claim. RingEX Ultra still survives only inside the Webinar add-on description, with no Ultra card and no Ultra price, so the 2026-09-21 removal of a priced Ultra tier continues to stand. Trellusquarterly re-check, Power / Power + Parallel$99.99 Power and $149.99 Power + Parallel per month, unchanged; Business still Custom Pricing. No promotional figure displayed, third consecutive read.Flagged for the dataset's $100 and $150 rounding, which the tier notes disclose. The hidden 34.99 element is still in the markup three times and still absent from the rendered text; its class attribute reads price-parallel annual, which suggests a withdrawn annual price rather than the leftover promo the page's own source comment called it. Either way nothing is displayed, so the 2026-09-28 withdrawal of the frequently promoted claim stands. The Power card reads Includes everything in BYOD, but no BYOD card and no BYOD price exist on the page, so the entry tier is unchanged. The page still reads Multi line dialing with no line count, so Q19 stands; the pro Five-line parallel dialing at $149.99 is a fifth place carrying that unsourced claim and has been added to the question. verifiedAt deliberately not re-dated.read from vendor pricing pagepagependingScheduled price check (Claude, run by the publisher); human review pending
Readymodequarterly re-check, Starter / iQ / Custom and the annual termsTwo tiers recorded, Starter and iQ; pricingSource pointed at www.readymode.com/pricing → Prices unchanged against the same morning's read: $199 Starter and $249 iQ per licence per month billed annually, $239 and $299 billed monthly, 30 and 75 DIDs per licence, phone number activation fee still Waived on both. Three additions: a third quote-only card headed Looking for 20+ Licenses?; the annual terms (paid upfront for a 12-month term with automatic renewal, licence fees only with overages, taxes, regulatory fees and phone number fees billed separately, sales-sold annual plans payable in full by wire transfer, mid-term licence reductions deferred to renewal); and pricingSource repointed to readymode.com/demo/pricing-readymode/.Flagged for the redirect, not for a price, for the fourth check running. www.readymode.com/pricing still 3xx-es to readymode.com/demo/pricing-maxio-test/, titled TEST PAGE, which now renders no prices at all and whose Buy Now links go to readymode.com/demo/pricing-readymode/ and to a Chargify sandbox host. pricingSource was repointed because the old URL no longer contains the figures the site cites it for; the new page's own Buy Now links go to production Chargify URLs. Apollo.ioquarterly re-check, seat tiers and the Advanced Dialer add-onParallel dialing recorded as a paid add-on on top of the seat price, with no price attached → No tier price moved: annual $0 / $49 / $79 / $119 and monthly $0 / $65 / $99 / $149 both re-read on their toggles, Organization still (min 3 seats) and still labelled Annual Only on monthly, recording caps still 150 / 4,000 / 8,000 minutes. The Advanced Dialer add-on is now priced on the page at $119 per team per month billed annually and $149 billed monthly, and it carries the power dialer, the parallel dialer, voicemail drop, international dialing and local presence. The seat tiers list only US Dialer (credits apply).Script flagged this vendor because the tier cards render client-side and are absent from the raw HTML. The add-on figure is an addition rather than a correction: the site already said parallel dialing was a paid add-on but published no price for it. parallelAddOnUsd was deliberately not set, because that field is a per-user surcharge multiplied by headcount in a cost table and this add-on is charged per team. dialerEntryUsd stays $49 and entryUsd $0, so no ranking input moved. TrellusPower / Power + Parallel, monthly, and the promotional claim$99.99 Power and $149.99 Parallel per month, described on this site as frequently promoted at $34.99 → $99.99 Power and $149.99 Power + Parallel per month, unchanged; Business still custom. The promotional claim is withdrawn. Trellus's own page source carries a developer comment stating that the visible prices are 99.99 and 149.99 and that the page also contains a hidden 34.99 element, a leftover or disabled promo that scrapers pick up and users do not see.Script flagged this vendor because the dataset rounds $99.99 and $149.99 to $100 and $150, which the tier notes disclose. Second consecutive read with no promotional figure displayed. The page reads Multi line dialing with no line count, so the up to five lines claim on this site is unsupported by the pricing page and is raised as a publisher question rather than edited. RingEX Core $20 / $30 and Advanced $25 / $35 are also unchanged. RingEX Ultra at $35 / $45 does not exist and is removed: the rendered page carries exactly two RingEX price elements, labelled Annually: $20 | Monthly: $30 and Annually: $25 | Monthly: $35, and a third quote-only card, Customer Engagement Bundle with AIR, which now takes the third tier slot at usd: null.Quarterly price-check run. The check script flagged RingCentral as changed because the RingEX and RingCX tier cards are built entirely in JavaScript and a plain fetch returns none of them; the same is true of every Wayback capture of the page, so the archive cited here evidences the surrounding page and not the tier table. The tier set was therefore read out of the rendered DOM and cross-checked against all three user-count segments (1-5, 6-100, 100+) and both billing toggles, which return the same two priced cards every time. A fresh web.archive.org/save returned HTTP 500 but did produce capture 20260921151819, confirmed reachable, which replaces the stale 2026-09-04 archive URL the entry carried. The power dialer is in none of them: the feature table prices it at "+$50/mo" against Business and Ultra and shows it unavailable on Solo, and the FAQ states "The Power Dialer is a flat $50 a month for the whole team." One seat with a dialer is therefore $82 a month on annual billing and $95 monthly. REDXCore / Connect / Pro bundles, and the per-seat rate for additional users$199 Core (no dialer), $299 Connect (single-line dialer), $349 Pro (triple-line dialer), each recorded as a flat per-user price with no rate for seats after the first → All three bundle prices hold unchanged, as does the $60 a month price of an individual lead product. The figure added is the team rate REDX publishes on the same page and this entry never carried: "Add additional users for only $75 each/month" on Core and Connect, and $99 each on Pro. Connect and Pro are now recorded as a first seat plus a teammate rate, so a three-agent Connect team prices at $449 a month rather than $897.Daily fact patrol, rotation slot 19, the first patrol of this vendor since it was added on 2026-09-12. No price drifted. The correction is to our own arithmetic: the cost helpers multiplied the whole bundle by headcount, which overstated every REDX team total on the site by roughly 100 percent at three seats. Prose was already correct, because the review and the FAQ both stated the $75 to $99 range; only the structured data was wrong, which is the reverse of the usual failure and an argument for keeping the two in one file. A fresh web.archive.org/save capture returned 500 and the availability API returned 429, so the 2026-08-02 snapshot is cited again. Annual still reads $290 for the first seat and $190 per teammate. The managed line is still $49 for one user but its teammates are $29. Parallel dialing on up to 4 lines is now a separate $19 per seat per month add-on, stated as "not available on DialSheet lines", so it needs your own Twilio account.Rotation slot 18. The vendor states the increase itself: "We've raised prices before ($19 to $29) and everyone who was already subscribed kept their old rate." Its FAQ confirms the total, "A 6-person team costs $174/month", and its own calculator prices three reps at $87 of software. The cited archive is the 2026-09-14 snapshot and therefore predates this change; a fresh web.archive.org/save capture returned 500 and the availability API returned 429, the failure runs 13 and 16 also recorded, so the live page is the source. Two figures on the vendor page do not reconcile and are recorded as read rather than resolved: the annual teammate rate of $190 implies $15.83 a month against a $29 monthly rate. RingEX publishes three tiers: Core $20 annual and $30 monthly, Advanced $25 and $35, Ultra $35 and $45, plus a new quote-only Customer Engagement Bundle. None of the three includes an outbound dialer. RingCX publishes three tiers: Standard $65 annual and $75 monthly, Professional $95 and $110, Elite $145 and $165, plus a quote-only Enterprise Contact Center. AI add-ons are priced on the same page: AI Quality Management, AI Interaction Analytics, AI Agent Assist and AI Supervisor Assist each from $25 a user a month, AI Workforce Management from $20. RingEX add-ons: AI Receptionist from $39, Conversational Intelligence from $60, Call Queues Booster $35, Business SMS Booster $25.Daily fact patrol, rotation slot 17, the last entry in the rotation and the last one carrying quotedText: null, which this read closes. Both pages build their tier tables with JavaScript, so a plain fetch returns them empty and they were read rendered in a browser; WebFetch against the RingEX page returned a page with no prices on it, which is worth remembering for the next vendor that gates behind client-side rendering. No fresh archive snapshot exists: web.archive.org/save returned 500 for both URLs and the availability API returned 429, the same Internet Archive state runs 9, 10, 13 and 15 recorded. Two claims of ours were upgraded rather than corrected: the commonly quoted "around $90 an agent" is now checkable against RingCentral's own $25 AI Quality Management add-on on top of the $65 Standard seat, and the claim that RingCX includes preview, progressive and predictive dialing is confirmed by RingCentral's own documentation, which names the modes as Predictive, Preview, Progressive, HCI and Manual. That documentation contains no power dialer, while ringcentral.com/power-dialing.html states that a power dialer is another name for a progressive dialer; both were read today and both are used on /guides/power-dialer-vs-parallel-dialer-vs-predictive-dialer. Two figures added: call recording is capped at 150 minutes a month on Free and on the $49 Basic tier, which is the cheapest tier that carries the dialer, and Organization now states "(min 3 seats)" on the page. The monthly figures ($59 / $99 / $149) could not be re-verified: the Monthly billing toggle did not change the rendered prices on either attempt, so they stand as previously recorded and are labelled unverified as of this date.Daily fact patrol, rotation slot 16. No price moved. The material finding is the 150-minute recording cap on Basic: the entry previously named only the 4,000 and 8,000 caps, which understated the constraint on the dialer-carrying tier by a factor of 27, and it decides whether a Medicare agent can use Apollo at all, since 42 CFR 422.2274(g)(2)(ii) requires recording every marketing, sales and enrollment call in its entirety. minSeats stays at 1 because the dialer entry tier is Basic and Basic carries no minimum; the Organization floor is recorded as a tier note and a gotcha. verification.method moves from third-party estimate to a vendor-page read with quoted text, which closes the run 5 note that Apollo carried pricingTransparency published against a third-party-sourced price. The script flagged this vendor only for the redirect, and no price moved, so the verification date on the dialer entry is unchanged.read from vendor pricing pagepagesnapshotQuarterly price check (Claude, run by the publisher); human review pending
NooksPer-number charge, onboarding fee, data and CRM dependenciesPhone numbers ~$10 to $15 each per month, cited to nooks.ai/pricing → $5 to $15 per number per month and $2,000 to $10,000+ onboarding, both from vendr.com; vendor page still a quote form with no dollar figure anywhere. Vendr's sample is 57 purchases: median contract $30,105/yr, low $7,668, high $151,794; Starter $65 to $85, Professional $95 to $125, Enterprise $130 to $150+ per user per monthDaily fact patrol, rotation slot 4. The old per-number figure was sourced to nooks.ai/pricing, which does not state it; corrected to Vendr's published range and Vendr's URL. Read from nooks.ai/pricing the same day and quoted on /guides/nooks-pricing: "Get Nooks pricing", "What's your work email?", a new banner reading "Nooks has acquired FullyRamped, an AI sales coaching platform", and two FAQ answers stating that contact data requires a separate ZoomInfo, Cognism or LeadIQ subscription and that CRM support is HubSpot and Salesforce only. Wayback declined a fresh capture on 2026-09-07 and returned the 2026-09-04 snapshot, so the archive URL on the dialer entry is still that one.third-party estimatepagependingDaily fact patrol (Claude, run by the publisher); human review pending
