Full review
JustCall is the most reasonable mainstream compromise in this comparison. It is not the cheapest, not the fastest and not the most integrated, and it is competent at all three in a way that makes it hard to regret.
Pricing is $29, $49 and $89 per user per month on annual billing for Team, Pro and Pro Plus, or $39, $69 and $109 monthly, with a two-user minimum. The power dialer starts on Pro at $49. Ten-line predictive dialing lives only in the quote-based Sales Suite with a ten-user minimum. There is a 14-day free trial, which is longer than most.
What $49 buys
A real power dialer with unlimited outbound minutes, two-way SMS that is properly built rather than bolted on, call recording, and over a hundred CRM integrations. For a small team that wants calling and texting in one tool with a working HubSpot or Pipedrive connection, that is a fair deal and there is not much at $49 that does it better.
Pro Plus at $89 adds the AI layer: notetaker, real-time agent assist and call scoring. That is roughly the same functionality Kixie sells as $30 to $50 of separate add-ons, which makes JustCall's version the cheaper path to AI call intelligence in a mainstream tool.
Where it frustrates people
The two-user minimum is the first thing a solo seller hits. It doubles the entry price to $58 a month for one person's worth of work.
The tier structure causes real buying mistakes. Team at $29 has no power dialer. Pro at $49 has the dialer but no AI. Multi-line dialing needs a quote and ten seats. Buyers regularly pick the wrong tier and discover it after the calls start.
G2 reviewers report dropped calls on unstable connections, which is the standard complaint for browser-based calling and is worth testing during the trial on your actual office wifi.
Against the alternatives
Against Aircall, JustCall wins outright for sales: the dialer is better, SMS is better and the price is lower.
Against Kixie, JustCall is more transparent and cheaper all-in, while Kixie's HubSpot integration is deeper. If you live in HubSpot, Kixie. Otherwise, JustCall.
Against a bring-your-own-Twilio power dialer, the arithmetic is the usual one. Three JustCall Pro seats are $147 a month, or $1,764 a year. Three seats on a pack-priced dialer with your own Twilio account are about $92 a month all in, or $1,104 a year including telephony. JustCall's answer is the integration library and unlimited minutes, and for a team that genuinely uses six integrations, that answer holds. For a team dialing a CSV, it does not.
JustCall FAQ
- Which JustCall plan includes the power dialer?
- JustCall's power dialer starts on the Pro plan at $49 per user per month on annual billing, or $69 monthly. The $29 Team plan has click-to-call only. Ten-line predictive dialing is available only in the quote-based Sales Suite, which carries a ten-user minimum. All paid plans have a two-user minimum.
- How much does JustCall cost?
- JustCall starts at $29 per user per month on its cheapest published tier, verified 2026-09-04. There is a 2-seat minimum. Unlimited inbound on all tiers; unlimited outbound from Pro Plus, with regional restrictions on the entry tier.
- Does JustCall have a free plan?
- No. JustCall offers a 14-day free trial but no permanently free plan.
- Can you bring your own Twilio account to JustCall?
- No. JustCall provides the telephony itself, so minutes are billed inside the seat price rather than at wholesale. Sales dialers that do support bring-your-own-Twilio include DialSheet and Myphoner.
- Who is JustCall best for?
- JustCall is best for small teams that want calling, SMS and a hundred integrations at a mid-market price. It is a poor fit for solo sellers, because of the two-user minimum, and teams needing parallel dialing under ten seats.

Dialpad Sell
From $39/user/mo
An AI-first business phone platform whose sales tier adds a power dialer at $95 a seat, strong on real-time transcription and weak on outbound depth.
RingCentral
From $65/user/mo
An enterprise phone system with no outbound dialer on any RingEX tier; dialing requires the RingCX contact centre at $65 an agent.
