voip phone review
CloudTalk review
A European call centre platform that supports bring-your-own-carrier and sells its power and parallel dialers as add-ons on top of the seat price.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Supports bring-your-own-carrier over SIP, which almost no sales dialer does
- Parallel dialing up to ten lines as a €39 add-on, far cheaper than a dedicated parallel dialer
- Very strong international number coverage
- 4.4 on G2 across roughly 1,840 reviews
Cons
- Both dialers are add-ons, so the real Expert-plus-parallel price is roughly €88 a user
- Pricing is shown in euros to every visitor including US buyers
- Outbound minutes are capped below the top tier
- Three-seat minimum on Expert
- No refunds for partial periods

Full review
CloudTalk is the most under-discussed option for teams that dial internationally, and it hides one of the best-value parallel dialers in the market inside an add-on menu.
Pricing is €19, €25, €29 and €49 per user per month on annual billing for Lite, Starter, Essential and Expert. Prices display in euros to every visitor including US buyers, which is a small but persistent annoyance. Expert carries a three-seat minimum.
The add-on structure decides the real price
The power dialer is a €15 per user add-on, included only on Expert. The parallel dialer, running up to ten lines, is a €39 per user add-on. AI conversation intelligence is another €9.
So the honest price for a team that wants ten-line parallel dialing with AI notes is €49 plus €39 plus €9, which is €97 per user per month, or roughly $107. That is a lot more than the €19 headline.
It is also less than half what Orum is estimated to cost, with the same ten lines and no nine-seat minimum. For a small team that wants serious parallel dialing without a five-figure annual commitment, CloudTalk is the most overlooked answer in this category.
Bring your own carrier
CloudTalk supports bring-your-own-carrier over SIP, which almost no sales dialer does. If you already have a carrier relationship or you dial a market where CloudTalk's own rates are poor, that flexibility is worth having. It is SIP rather than a Twilio API connection, so it is a more technical setup than pasting two credentials, and it is aimed at teams with a telecoms person rather than at solo sellers.
Where it costs you
Outbound minutes are capped by tier at 250, 500 and 1,000 a month, with unlimited only on Expert. A rep dialing 150 numbers a day will burn through 1,000 minutes, so anyone doing real outbound is on Expert regardless of what the cheaper tiers claim.
There are no refunds for partial periods, and annual pricing requires a twelve-month commitment.
There is no CRM, so this sits on top of one.
Who it suits
Teams dialing several European countries. CloudTalk's international number coverage is better than any US-first tool here, and the platform was built for that use case rather than retrofitted to it. 4.4 on G2 across roughly 1,840 reviews is a solid, large sample.
Teams that want ten-line parallel dialing at a small scale. €39 on top of a €49 seat beats every dedicated parallel dialer on price by a factor of two or three.
Teams dialing one country on a budget should still look at a bring-your-own-Twilio power dialer first, where the software is $29 for three seats and the minutes are wholesale rather than capped by tier.
CloudTalk FAQ
- How much is CloudTalk's parallel dialer?
- CloudTalk's parallel dialer, which runs up to ten lines, is a €39 per user per month add-on on top of a seat. The power dialer is a separate €15 add-on, included only on the €49 Expert tier. A realistic price for ten-line parallel dialing with AI conversation intelligence is €49 plus €39 plus €9, which is about €97 or roughly $107 per user per month, still less than half what Orum is estimated to cost.
- Does CloudTalk support bring your own carrier?
- Yes. CloudTalk supports bring-your-own-carrier over SIP, which is unusual among sales-oriented dialers. It is a SIP trunk configuration rather than pasting API credentials, so it suits teams with a telecoms contact rather than solo sellers. Other tools in this category that support bringing your own carrier include RingCentral, Five9, Talkdesk, and, over the Twilio API rather than SIP, DialSheet and Myphoner.
- How much does CloudTalk cost?
- CloudTalk starts at $21 per user per month on its cheapest published tier, verified 2026-09-04. Outbound minutes are capped by tier at 250, 500 and 1,000 a month, with unlimited only on Expert. Prices are displayed in euros to all visitors.
- Does CloudTalk have a free plan?
- No. CloudTalk offers a 14-day free trial but no permanently free plan.
- Can you bring your own Twilio account to CloudTalk?
- Partially. CloudTalk supports bring-your-own-carrier over SIP rather than a Twilio API connection, which suits teams with an existing carrier relationship.
- Who is CloudTalk best for?
- CloudTalk is best for European teams that want SIP bring-your-own-carrier and international numbers. It is a poor fit for US buyers who want simple dollar pricing and a dialer that is not an add-on.
