power dialer review
Kixie review
A multi-line power dialer with deep CRM integrations and unlimited US minutes, undermined by pricing that is no longer published and add-ons that roughly double the real cost.

- Unlimited US and Canada minutes included at every tier

Full review
Kixie is the best CRM-embedded dialer on the market and it has become one of the hardest to buy. Those two sentences explain most of the reviews.
The product is genuinely good. The HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations put dialing inside the record rather than beside it, with click-to-call, automatic logging, local presence and SMS all in the CRM's own interface. Unlimited US and Canada minutes are included at every tier. The top tier does multi-line power dialing on up to four lines.
The pricing problem
Kixie removed dollar figures from its pricing page. Three tiers are named, none is priced. Third-party guides verified in March 2026 list roughly $35, $65 and $95 per user per month on annual billing.
The published number is not the number you pay. AI human voice detection is around $30 per user per month. DNC compliance tooling is around $20. ConnectionBoost, which is what actually raises connect rates, is around $50 plus $1 per number. Third-party analysis puts realistic all-in spend at $109 to $290 per user per month. A team budgeting $95 a seat and landing at $215 is the single most common Kixie story.
Contract terms buyers should read twice
Annual prepayment is mandatory below ten users. Downgrades are only permitted in the final 30 days of the term. Billing renews quarterly. Trustpilot reviews repeatedly describe being locked into contracts and having number porting go badly on the way out, which is the part that should concern anyone treating a phone number as a business asset.
Support is chat and email during business hours. There is no phone support and no weekend cover, which is a strange gap for a company selling a phone product.
Where it is worth it
If your sales process lives inside HubSpot and the reason your reps are slow is that dialing happens in a different window, Kixie fixes that better than anything else here. No bring-your-own-Twilio tool has an integration of that depth, and building one is not a weekend project. The 4.8 rating across roughly 865 G2 reviews is real and it comes from teams for whom that integration is the whole point.
Where it is not
If you are dialing from a list rather than from a CRM, you are paying for the integration and not using it. A three-person team on Kixie's multi-line tier pays $285 a month before add-ons, and realistically $500 to $700 with them. The same three people on a bring-your-own-Twilio power dialer pay $29 for software and about $63 in Twilio charges at 150 dials a day each.
That is a $6,000 to $8,000 a year difference for three reps. The HubSpot integration is good. It is not $8,000 a year good unless your CRM is genuinely where the work happens.
Kixie FAQ
- How much does Kixie actually cost?
- Kixie removed dollar figures from its own pricing page. Third-party guides verified in March 2026 list roughly $35, $65 and $95 per user per month on annual billing for the three tiers. Realistic all-in spend is commonly reported at $109 to $290 per user per month, because AI human voice detection is around $30, DNC compliance tooling around $20 and ConnectionBoost around $50 per user per month on top.
- Does Kixie require an annual contract?
- Yes, for teams under ten users. Kixie requires annual prepayment below ten seats, billing renews quarterly, and downgrades are only permitted in the final 30 days of the contract term. Month-to-month billing is available at ten or more users. Trustpilot reviews frequently cite contract lock-in and difficulty porting numbers out at the end of a term.
- What are the best Kixie alternatives?
- JustCall at $49 a seat is the closest like-for-like alternative with transparent pricing and over a hundred integrations. For teams whose objection is cost rather than features, DialSheet is $29 a month for three seats on your own Twilio account. For deeper HubSpot integration specifically, there is no closer substitute than Kixie itself, which is its main defence.
- How much does Kixie cost?
- Kixie starts at $35 per user per month on its cheapest published tier, verified 2026-09-04. An annual contract is required. Unlimited US and Canada minutes are included on all plans. Calls costing more than $0.02 a minute draw from a prepaid reserve.
- Does Kixie have a free plan?
- No. Kixie offers a 7-day free trial but no permanently free plan.
- Can you bring your own Twilio account to Kixie?
- No. Kixie provides the telephony itself, so minutes are billed inside the seat price rather than at wholesale. Sales dialers that do support bring-your-own-Twilio include DialSheet and Myphoner.
