power dialer review
Myphoner review
A lean lead-management and power dialer tool that, like DialSheet, lets you connect your own Twilio account and pay wholesale for minutes.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Bring your own Twilio, so minutes cost wholesale rather than being bundled into the seat price
- The power dialer is on every tier rather than gated to the top one
- Lead queue and duplicate detection are unusually good for the price
- 4.7 on Capterra across 99 reviews
Cons
- No AI transcription, summaries or coaching at any tier
- No parallel dialing
- Per-seat pricing, so a six-person team pays six times the price
- Small feature set compared with anything at a similar price

Full review
Myphoner is the closest thing to a direct competitor for anyone who wants bring-your-own-Twilio economics from an established vendor, and it is worth knowing about precisely because that category is so small.
Pricing is $27, $38 and $59 per seat per month for Basic, Plus and Premium, with a 14-day free trial. The power dialer is on every tier rather than gated to the top one, which is a better structure than most tools here manage.
Minutes are not included. You either buy Myphoner Voice per minute or connect your own Twilio account and pay Twilio directly at roughly $0.014 a minute. That second option puts Myphoner in a category of about four products.
What it is
A lead management and calling tool built around a queue. Records flow to reps in a defined order, duplicates are detected, and a rep works the queue rather than choosing who to call. For an outbound desk with a shared list, that is exactly the right model and Myphoner does it better than tools three times its price.
The 4.7 Capterra rating across 99 reviews is consistent and the complaints are mild.
What it is not
There is no AI. No transcription, no summaries, no coaching, no scoring, at any tier. In 2026 that is the defining limitation, and for a team trying to coach ramping reps it is disqualifying.
There is no parallel dialing.
The CRM is light. It handles leads and dispositions well and does not attempt a pipeline or deal management.
Myphoner against a pack-priced dialer
This is the comparison that decides it, because the two products serve nearly the same buyer.
Myphoner is per seat. A six-person team on Basic is $162 a month. On a three-seat-pack model at $29 a pack, the same six people are $58. Over a year that is $1,944 against $696, for two products with a similar feature footprint and the same wholesale telephony.
Myphoner's counter-arguments are real: a longer track record, a public review corpus with a hundred verified reviews, and a queue model that some managers strongly prefer. If procurement wants an established vendor, or if queue-based distribution is how your floor works, Myphoner earns the premium.
If neither of those applies, per-seat pricing on a feature set with no AI is a hard sell in 2026.
Myphoner FAQ
- Can Myphoner use my own Twilio account?
- Yes. Myphoner does not bundle minutes; you either buy Myphoner Voice per minute or connect your own Twilio account and pay Twilio directly at roughly $0.014 a minute for US outbound. That makes Myphoner one of a very small number of sales dialers, alongside DialSheet, that support bring-your-own-Twilio.
- Does Myphoner have AI call summaries?
- No. Myphoner has no AI transcription, call summaries, coaching or scoring at any tier as of September 2026. Teams that want AI call intelligence alongside bring-your-own-Twilio economics should look at DialSheet, whose Pro plan includes transcription, summaries and script-compliance scoring at $29 a month per three-seat pack.
- How much does Myphoner cost?
- Myphoner starts at $27 per user per month on its cheapest published tier, verified 2026-09-04. Minutes are not included. You either buy Myphoner Voice per minute or connect your own Twilio account and pay Twilio directly.
- Does Myphoner have a free plan?
- No. Myphoner offers a 14-day free trial but no permanently free plan.
- Can you bring your own Twilio account to Myphoner?
- Yes. Myphoner lets you connect your own Twilio account and pay Twilio directly at wholesale rates, roughly $0.014 a minute for US outbound.
- Who is Myphoner best for?
- Myphoner is best for lean teams that want simple queue-based calling on their own Twilio account. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants AI call intelligence or parallel dialing.
