Full review

Dialpad Sell is an AI communications platform that happens to include a power dialer, and the AI is the reason to buy it.

Third-party pricing guides updated in August 2026 list Essentials at $39, Advanced at $95 and Premium at $150 per user per month on annual billing. Dialpad's own pricing page no longer renders the Sell tiers. The power dialer and call campaigns arrive on Advanced at $95.

The transcription is the product

Dialpad's real-time transcription is the best in this comparison, including against tools that cost three times as much. It is accurate, it is genuinely real time rather than near-real-time, and the Ai Recaps that follow a call are usable without editing.

Real-Time Assist cards are the feature that follows from that. When a prospect says a trigger phrase, the relevant battle card appears on the rep's screen mid-sentence. For a team with a complex product and new reps, that is worth more than a faster dialer.

AI scorecards give you coaching analytics without buying a separate conversation intelligence product, which at Gong or Chorus prices is a meaningful saving.

The dialer is not the product

The power dialer on Advanced is basic. Single line, no dispositions worth the name, no parallel dialing at any tier. A rep dialing 200 numbers a day will find it slower than a purpose-built power dialer, and at $95 a seat that is a hard trade.

Dialpad Sell rates 4.2 on Capterra across 562 reviews, with connectivity issues, dialer issues and delayed support the leading complaint themes. The connectivity complaints are the ones to test during a trial.

The comparison

Against Aircall, Dialpad wins on AI and loses on integration count.

Against JustCall Pro Plus at $89, which also has an AI notetaker and agent assist, Dialpad's transcription is better and JustCall's dialer and SMS are better. That is a genuine coin flip and most teams should trial both.

Against a dedicated dialer, the framing is straightforward: Dialpad is what you buy when call quality analysis matters more than call quantity. If the constraint on your revenue is that reps say the wrong thing, Dialpad helps. If the constraint is that reps do not make enough calls, buy a power dialer and spend the difference on a recording tool.

Dialpad Sell FAQ

Does Dialpad have a power dialer?
Yes, on the Advanced tier of Dialpad Sell, listed by third-party guides at $95 per user per month on annual billing as of August 2026. It is a single-line power dialer with no parallel dialing at any tier. Dialpad's strength is its real-time AI transcription and Real-Time Assist cards rather than dialing throughput.
How much does Dialpad Sell cost?
Dialpad Sell starts at $39 per user per month on its cheapest published tier, verified 2026-09-04. Unlimited US and Canada calling per Dialpad's UCaaS norms. Not separately confirmed for the Sell tier.
Does Dialpad Sell have a free plan?
No. Dialpad Sell offers a 14-day free trial but no permanently free plan.
Can you bring your own Twilio account to Dialpad Sell?
No. Dialpad Sell provides the telephony itself, so minutes are billed inside the seat price rather than at wholesale. Sales dialers that do support bring-your-own-Twilio include DialSheet and Myphoner.
Who is Dialpad Sell best for?
Dialpad Sell is best for teams that want AI transcription and coaching in a phone system rather than a dedicated dialer. It is a poor fit for high-volume outbound, where the power dialer is not the point of the product.
