Head to head

DialSheet vs Kixie: is the HubSpot integration worth the price gap?

Kixie has the deepest CRM integration in the category and no published prices. DialSheet has no CRM connector and publishes everything. Which trade is right for your team.

Pick DialSheet if

Your reps work from lists, you want published pricing and month-to-month billing, and you would rather own your phone numbers on your own Twilio account.

Pick Kixie if

Your reps work from HubSpot or Pipedrive records all day, and the cost of switching windows two hundred times a day is worth more than the price difference.

Consider neither if

JustCall at $49 a seat is the middle ground: a solid HubSpot connector, unlimited outbound minutes and published pricing, without Kixie's add-on maze or DialSheet's missing connector.

The disclosure first

This comparison states plainly that Kixie's CRM integration is better than anything DialSheet offers and that no amount of price advantage closes that gap for a CRM-native team.

The question that decides it

Where does a rep look when they are working?

If the answer is a HubSpot list view, and they open a record, read the history, click to call, and log the outcome in the record, Kixie's integration is worth real money. Every window switch you remove is worth a few seconds two hundred times a day, and there is no way to replicate that with an API.

If the answer is a spreadsheet or a dialing session, and HubSpot is where the outcome gets written afterwards for reporting, then you are paying for an integration your reps barely touch. A CSV import and an API push does that job for a fraction of the price.

Watch a rep for twenty minutes before you decide. Most teams believe they are the first case and are actually the second.

The cost, at three team sizes

Reps dialing 150 numbers a working day.

TeamDialSheet all inKixie multi-line, quotedKixie with typical add-ons
3 reps~$79/month~$285/month$450 to $700/month
6 reps~$133/month~$570/month$900 to $1,400/month
10 reps~$282/month~$950/month$1,500 to $2,300/month

The add-on column is the one to plan around. AI human voice detection is around $30 per user, DNC compliance tooling around $20, and ConnectionBoost, which is the feature that actually lifts connect rates, around $50 plus $1 a number. A team budgeting the quoted tier and landing at double is the most common Kixie experience.

Where Kixie clearly wins

The integration. Dialing inside the record, automatic logging, local presence and SMS threads in HubSpot's own interface, with workflow triggers. Nothing in the bring-your-own-Twilio category comes close.

Unlimited US and Canada minutes, included at every tier. Simpler than a separate carrier bill, and better value at high talk volumes.

A real review corpus. 4.8 across roughly 865 G2 reviews is a meaningful sample. DialSheet has effectively none.

Where DialSheet wins

Published pricing. Every number is on the page. Kixie's are not on Kixie's page.

Month-to-month terms. Kixie requires annual prepayment below ten users and permits downgrades only in the last 30 days of the term.

Total cost, by roughly a factor of five to ten once add-ons are counted.

A CRM included, so the price is not on top of a CRM subscription.

Number ownership. On your own Twilio account, the numbers are yours already. Kixie's public review corpus contains repeated accounts of difficult number porting on exit, which matters because a business phone number is an asset.

Support terms. Neither is great here, but Kixie selling a phone product with no phone support and no weekend cover is a specific gap.

The honest recommendation

If your CRM is genuinely where the work happens: Kixie, and get the full add-on list in writing before signing, along with the downgrade terms.

If your reps dial from a list: DialSheet, and the $4,000 to $15,000 a year you save is not buying anything you were going to use.

If you are unsure: JustCall at $49, which has a real HubSpot connector, published pricing and unlimited minutes, and is the answer that is rarely wrong even when it is rarely optimal.

Frequently asked questions

Is DialSheet a good Kixie alternative?
For teams that dial from lists, yes: DialSheet costs $29 a month for three seats plus wholesale Twilio minutes against Kixie's realistic $109 to $290 per user per month once add-ons are counted, and it includes its own CRM. For teams whose reps work inside HubSpot or Pipedrive records all day, no: Kixie's CRM integration is the deepest in the category and DialSheet has no pre-built connector, only a REST API, MCP server and CSV.
How much does Kixie really cost compared to DialSheet?
Kixie removed prices from its pricing page; third-party guides verified in March 2026 list roughly $35, $65 and $95 per user per month, and realistic all-in spend is commonly reported at $109 to $290 once AI voice detection at around $30, DNC compliance at around $20 and ConnectionBoost at around $50 are added. DialSheet is $29 a month for three seats plus about $0.014 a minute on your own Twilio account, so a three-person team pays roughly $79 against $450 to $700.
Does DialSheet integrate with HubSpot?
Not with a pre-built connector. DialSheet offers a REST API, an MCP server that works with Claude and Cursor, webhooks and CSV import and export, which is enough to push outcomes into HubSpot on a schedule but not enough to dial from inside a HubSpot record. If dialing inside the CRM is the requirement, Kixie or JustCall is the right answer.
