Full review
Readymode is a call centre product, and reading it as a sales dialer is the most common mistake buyers make with it.
Pricing is $199 per licence per month for one to four licences and $249 for five or more, with 30 and 75 DIDs included per licence respectively. Outbound minutes are free under a fair use policy; inbound is $0.02 a minute. Annual contracts are required and monthly billing adds roughly 20 percent.
What you are buying
Genuine predictive dialing, with pacing algorithms that place more calls than there are agents and connect whoever answers to whoever is free. Up to 20-plus concurrent calls per agent. That is a category no power dialer competes in, and it produces agent talk-time utilisation that sequential dialing cannot approach.
The DIDs are the underrated part. Predictive dialing burns number reputation fast, and 30 to 75 numbers per licence is what rotation actually requires. The iQ tier adds Autopilot DID rotation and caller ID reputation monitoring, which is the correct engineering answer to the spam-flag problem rather than a marketing claim about it.
The built-in CRM is designed for a supervised call floor with queues, scripts and dispositions.
The compliance line buyers must not cross
Predictive dialing in the US falls under the TCPA's three percent call abandonment cap, and the abandonment that predictive pacing produces is exactly what that rule regulates. Statutory damages are $500 per call, trebled to $1,500 for willful violations, with no cap, and roughly 80 percent of TCPA suits are class actions.
Predictive dialers have their place. B2B sales teams, who gain nothing from predictive pacing, should stay away from them. If your reps are having consultative conversations rather than working a queue, predictive dialing adds legal exposure and subtracts conversation quality.
The recurring complaint
Capterra reviewers consistently report numbers being flagged as Spam Likely. That is predictive dialing's inherent cost: carrier analytics engines from Hiya, TNS and First Orion score short-duration and abandoned calls as robocall behaviour, and predictive pacing generates both by design. Readymode's DID rotation mitigates it. Nothing eliminates it.
Who should buy it
Actual outbound call centres with supervisors, queues and a compliance function. At $199 to $249 a licence with DIDs and outbound minutes included, it is fairly priced for that job.
B2B sales teams should not be in this category at all. A power dialer produces fewer dials and better conversations, carries none of the abandonment exposure, and costs a tenth as much.
Readymode FAQ
- How much does Readymode cost?
- Readymode is $199 per licence per month for one to four licences and $249 for five or more, with 30 and 75 DIDs included per licence respectively. Outbound minutes are free under a fair use policy and inbound is $0.02 a minute. Annual contracts are required and monthly billing adds roughly 20 percent.
- Should a B2B sales team use a predictive dialer?
- Generally no. Predictive dialing in the US falls under the TCPA's three percent call abandonment cap, with statutory damages of $500 per call trebled to $1,500 for willful violations and no cap, and roughly 80 percent of TCPA suits are class actions. Predictive pacing also introduces the connect delay that damages consultative conversations. B2B teams should use a power dialer, which carries neither the abandonment exposure nor the delay.
- Does Readymode have a free plan?
- No. Readymode has neither a free plan nor a publicly advertised free trial.
- Can you bring your own Twilio account to Readymode?
- No. Readymode provides the telephony itself, so minutes are billed inside the seat price rather than at wholesale. Sales dialers that do support bring-your-own-Twilio include DialSheet and Myphoner.
- Who is Readymode best for?
- Readymode is best for outbound call centres running predictive dialing at scale. It is a poor fit for B2B sales teams, where predictive dialing damages the conversation and raises compliance risk.
