Pros and cons

Pros

  • Publishes its price, which none of the other AI parallel dialers do
  • Month to month with no seat minimum on the Gold tier, so you can trial it with one rep
  • Five parallel lines with unlimited dials included
  • 4.8 on G2, though on a smaller sample of around 122 reviews

Cons

  • $299 a seat is more than three times a good single-line power dialer
  • Reviewers report occasional connection delays, the standard parallel dialer complaint
  • No CRM, no SMS, so it is a layer on top of an existing stack
  • Smaller company with a much shorter track record than Orum or Nooks

Full review

Salesfinity is the only AI parallel dialer in this comparison that publishes a price and sells month to month, and for a lot of buyers that is the entire reason to look at it.

The Gold tier is $299 per user per month, self-serve, no seat minimum, no annual contract. Up to five parallel lines, unlimited dials subject to fair use, AI call summaries, prospect research and automated follow-up. Enterprise tiers are quote-based and annual, adding AI coaching and practice bots.

Why the terms matter more than the features

Orum requires nine seats and an annual contract. Nooks requires five seats and an annual contract. Both hide their pricing. Salesfinity lets one rep swipe a card and start parallel dialing this afternoon, and stop next month if it does not work.

That matters more than it sounds. Parallel dialing suits some lists and destroys others. A list with 40 percent voicemail and a low connect rate produces a rep sitting in silence between dead lines. The only way to know is to try it against your own data, and Salesfinity is the only vendor here that lets you find out without a five-figure commitment.

The product

Five lines is fewer than Orum's ten and the same as Trellus's. In practice, connect quality matters more than line count, and Salesfinity's is decent rather than exceptional. Reviewers report occasional connection delays, which is the universal parallel dialer complaint and appears here at roughly the category average.

SmartGenie research and Nurture AI follow-ups do more than the AI-summary checkbox most competitors ship. The 4.8 G2 rating is high, though on a much smaller sample of around 122 reviews than Nooks or Orum, so weight it accordingly.

There is no CRM and no SMS. Salesfinity is a layer on top of a stack you already pay for.

The number

$299 a month per rep is $3,588 a year for the dialing layer alone, on top of a sequencer and a CRM. Against Orum's estimated $250 with a nine-seat minimum, Salesfinity is more per seat and vastly cheaper to start. Against Nooks' estimated $333 to $417, it is cheaper on both counts.

Against a single-line power dialer it is roughly ten times the price, and that comparison is the one buyers should actually run. Parallel dialing typically produces two to three times the conversations per hour of single-line dialing on a good list. If your constraint is conversations per rep-hour and your list is large and clean, that trade works. If your constraint is cost per conversation, it does not, and a bring-your-own-Twilio power dialer at $29 for three seats will win on that metric every time.

Test it for one month with one rep. That is exactly what Salesfinity's terms are designed to let you do, and it is the right way to buy this category.

Salesfinity FAQ

How much does Salesfinity cost?
Salesfinity's Gold tier is published at $299 per user per month, sold self-serve, month to month, with no seat minimum and no annual contract. Enterprise tiers are quote-based and annual. Unlimited dials are included subject to fair-usage terms. Salesfinity is the only AI parallel dialer in this comparison that publishes a price.
Salesfinity or Orum?
Salesfinity is the practical choice for teams under nine seats, because Orum enforces a nine-seat minimum and an annual contract while Salesfinity sells month to month to a single rep at a published $299. Orum offers ten parallel lines against Salesfinity's five and has a larger review base at 4.6 across roughly 800 G2 reviews. For a team testing whether parallel dialing suits their list at all, Salesfinity's terms make it the only sensible starting point.
Does Salesfinity have a free plan?
No. Salesfinity has neither a free plan nor a publicly advertised free trial.
Can you bring your own Twilio account to Salesfinity?
No. Salesfinity provides the telephony itself, so minutes are billed inside the seat price rather than at wholesale. Sales dialers that do support bring-your-own-Twilio include DialSheet and Myphoner.
Who is Salesfinity best for?
Salesfinity is best for a small team that wants parallel dialing without a nine-seat minimum or an annual contract. It is a poor fit for budget-constrained teams, at $299 a seat.
