JustCall pricing in 2026, and the two-user minimum nobody mentions

JustCall's four tiers, which one contains the power dialer, what the two-user minimum does to a solo seller's bill, and where multi-line dialing actually sits.

Bar chart of annual software cost for five seats, with JustCall Pro at $2,940 against DialSheet Pro at $696, Kixie multi-line at $5,700, Close Growth at $5,940, PhoneBurner Standard at $8,400 and Orum's $27,000 nine-seat minimum.
Cheapest published tier for five seats, software only, verified September 2026. Telephony is billed separately on bring-your-own-carrier tools.

JustCall is priced where a mid-market phone system should be priced, and two details change the comparison: the power dialer is on the second tier, and there is a two-user minimum on all of them.

What the minimum does

A two-user minimum sounds trivial until you are one person. A solo seller who wants the power dialer pays $98 a month, which is $1,176 a year for a seat and a half they will not use. That is the same order as a five-seat purchase at the cheap end of this category.

Multi-line and predictive dialing raise the floor much further. Neither is on a published tier; both need the Business or Sales Suite plan, which is quote-based with a ten-user minimum. A four-person team that wants parallel dialing cannot buy it from JustCall at any published price, which is worth knowing before the evaluation rather than after.

What is worth paying for

For a two to ten person team that needs calling and SMS in one tool with real CRM integrations, $49 a seat with unlimited minutes is a fair deal that a bring-your-own-Twilio tool cannot match on integration depth.

The integration catalogue is the real product. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Slack and more than a hundred others, with calling and SMS in the same interface, is a useful bundle for a team that runs its process across several systems. Unlimited inbound on every tier and unlimited outbound from Pro Plus removes the metering question that Close and Apollo leave open, and 4.3 on G2 across roughly 2,300 reviews is one of the larger samples in the category.

Where it costs more than it should

  • Two-user minimum doubles the entry cost for a solo seller. Source, confirmed 2026-09-04.
  • Predictive and multi-line dialing need the quote-based Business tier with a ten-user minimum. Source, confirmed 2026-09-04.
  • AI notetaker, agent assist and call scoring are gated to the $89 Pro Plus tier. Source, confirmed 2026-09-04.
  • Reviewers report dropped calls on unstable connections. Source, confirmed 2026-09-04.

For a team that needs a hundred integrations and one interface for calls and texts, the JustCall row is defensible. For a team that needs to work a list and log the outcome, the difference between $147 and $81 a month is buying integrations they will not connect.

DialSheet is the cheapest row and is built by the author of this site. Against JustCall it gives up the integration catalogue entirely, offering a REST API, an MCP server and CSV import and export instead, and it has no SMS suite of JustCall's depth. Where DialSheet loses has the full list.

Before you sign

  1. Confirm you need Pro rather than Team, which is the $20 a seat difference.
  2. Count your seats against the two-user minimum, and against the ten-user minimum if you want multi-line.
  3. Check the outbound minute policy for your tier and your calling regions, because unlimited outbound starts at Pro Plus.
  4. List the integrations you will actually connect in the first month. That list is what you are paying for.
  5. Ask about call quality on your network, since dropped calls on unstable connections are the recurring complaint in its review base.

Frequently asked questions

How much does JustCall cost?
Team is $29, Pro is $49 and Pro Plus is $89 per user per month on annual billing, with monthly billing at $39, $69 and $109. The Business tier is quote-only with a ten-user minimum. A two-user minimum applies to the published tiers, so the smallest Pro purchase is $98 a month. Read from JustCall's pricing page on 2026-09-04.
Which JustCall plan has the power dialer?
Pro, at $49 per user per month. The Team tier at $29 does not include it. Predictive and multi-line dialing are not on any published tier; they require the Business or Sales Suite plan, which is quote-based with a ten-user minimum.
Does JustCall have a minimum number of users?
Yes, two on the published tiers. A solo seller buying Pro pays $98 a month rather than $49. The quote-based Business tier raises that to ten users, which is where multi-line dialing lives.
Is JustCall good value?
For a two to ten person team that needs calling, SMS and real CRM integrations in one tool, $49 a seat with unlimited minutes is a fair price and the integration catalogue is deeper than any bring-your-own-carrier tool offers. It holds 4.3 on G2 across roughly 2,300 reviews. For list-based outbound where you only need to dial and log, three seats cost $147 a month against about $81 on a pack-priced tool billing minutes to your own carrier.
JustCall or Aircall?
For outbound sales, JustCall. Its power dialer starts at $49 against Aircall's $50, and Aircall's is single line on a three-licence minimum, so the smallest Aircall cheque with a dialer is $150 against JustCall's $98. Aircall charges $6 a month for each number beyond the first and JustCall does not. For a whole-company phone system with support and ops queues, Aircall is the better product.
