As the phone system for a whole company rather than a sales floor. If support, ops and sales all need numbers and routing, Aircall does that job better than any dedicated dialer.

Three seats on Aircall Professional is the licence minimum exactly, so this is the friendliest comparison Aircall gets. For a company phone system that number is reasonable. For three people whose whole job is working a list, a single-line dialer at $150 a month is paying for routing, queues and an IVR that nobody in an outbound team touches.
