What each state means for a buyer
Published. A dollar figure with a unit, on the vendor's own page. 13 of 18 tools clear this bar. You can compare two of them without speaking to anyone.
Removed during 2026. Figures were on the page and are gone. Kixie is the only one in this state. Every number for Kixie on this site is a third-party estimate from checkthat.ai (verified 2026-03-30), labelled as an estimate wherever it appears.
Figures without units. Koncert shows numbers and does not say per what. A figure you cannot multiply is not a price.
Page does not render them. Dialpad's sales dialer page carries no usable figure for the tier that includes the dialer.
Behind a form. Orum and Nooks publish nothing and ask you to request pricing. Both also state seat minimums on the same page, which is the informative part: Orum at 9 seats and Nooks at 5. The minimum is the real entry price, and it is the one number they will print.
The cost of buying blind
Search for Orum's price and seven results answer, all of them competing vendors, all quoting the same figure for a tier Orum's own page no longer names. That is what a gated pricing page produces: an estimate written by someone with an interest in the number, repeated until it looks like a fact. This site quotes that estimate too, and labels it every time.
The practical consequences are three. You cannot budget before a sales call. You cannot compare a gated vendor with a published one without giving up your contact details to one side of the comparison. And you walk into the demo anchored on a number the vendor did not set, which is a weak position for the buyer and an awkward one for the rep.
What this site does about it
Every price carries the URL it was read from, the date, the method, the person or process that read it, and a snapshot of the page as it stood. Where the method is an estimate, the page says so and names the third party. Where nothing is published, the cell says nothing is published rather than filling the gap.

- Why do sales dialer vendors hide their pricing?
- The published reason is that pricing depends on package and seat count. The practical effect is that a buyer negotiates without knowing the list price, cannot compare two vendors before a call, and arrives at a demo quoting figures from a competitor's blog. Orum's own page states that pricing is based on package type and number of users, and asks you to fill out a form. Nothing about a per-seat software price requires a conversation, which is why the majority of this category publishes one.
- Did Kixie remove its pricing?
- Yes. Kixie's pricing page carried per-tier dollar figures earlier in 2026 and now shows plan names and a feature table without them. The figures on this site for Kixie come from a dated third-party estimate, checkthat.ai (verified 2026-03-30), and are labelled as an estimate on every page that uses them rather than presented as published pricing.
- What does Koncert's pricing page show?
- Numbers without units. The page displays figures but does not state whether they are per user, per month, per licence or annual, which makes them impossible to compare with any other vendor in the category. On this site Koncert carries no computed cost, and its cells read as figures without units rather than a price.
- How was this checked?
- Each vendor's own pricing page was opened, the price-bearing text copied verbatim into the dataset, and a Wayback Machine snapshot taken the same day so the claim can be checked after the page changes. Dates, quotes and snapshot links are in the [verification log](/verification-log) and in the dataset at /data. Where a vendor's page later changed, the change is logged rather than quietly overwritten.
